At Racketworld, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all rackets remain in their original plastic wrap and apparel still has its tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that rackets are protected and any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
